The retreat runs from Saturday 23rd September to Saturday 30 September 2006. There will be no teaching on either Saturday to allow time for arrivals and departures. Caroline will be at Baiardo to meet students from noon on Saturday 23 September.

Students will be sleeping at Baiardo on the nights of 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th September and 01st October. Accomodation is self-catering and is a choice of the following, allocated on a first-come basis on arrival at Baiardo (unless reserved in advance for a group of friends):

• House 1 Geranio (geranium) sleeps 2:
  Bedroom with double bed or living room with single sofa-bed
  
• House 2 Margherita (daisy) sleeps 2:
  Large bedroom with double bed or half-loft above bedroom with single beds
  
• House 3 Orchidea (orchid) sleeps 1:
  One level, open-plan apartment - bedroom with double bed
  
• House 4 Rosa (rose) sleeps 2
  Bedroom with double bed or half-loft above the bedroom with single bed
  
• House 5 Tulipano (tulip) sleeps 2
  First floor bedroom with double bed or second floor bedroom with single bed
  
• House 6 Viola (violet) sleeps 1
  Downstairs bedroom with double bed
  
• House 7 – Bella (Beautiful) Sleeps 4
  1st Bedroom: ¾ size bed (small double) or 2nd Bedroom with double bed or 3rd Bedroom with double bed or small bedroom with ¾ size bed (small double)

Please note that the £525 balance due must be paid to us by 1st September 2007. If this is not done then we reserve the right to cancel your place on the retreat and retain your deposit. If you book on or after 1st September 2007, then the full amount must be paid when you book. Should you wish to cancel your retreat, you should notify us directly in writing as soon as possible. However, the £100 deposit may be retained at our discretion.

The Mythic Tarot Centre will make every effort to ensure the retreat goes ahead as planned. However, in the event of our cancellation, we will notify you before 1st September and return your deposit in full.

You need to be quite fit and well to enjoy staying here. From the village centre to the guest house the paths, although newly cobbled, are steep and narrow. Once you get up to the guest house, the path between the apartments & down to the terraces are very old, uneven and steps are irregular. Within the apartments the stairs are mostly quite steep and in most cases there are no banisters.

Please consult us about any special requests or requirements such as specific dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance or special facilities for certain medical conditions. We will ensure that it is possible to accomodate your needs before booking your place on the retreat.

The total £625 price of the retreat covers accomodation and both Beginners' and Intermediate Level course tuition and materials ONLY. Items not included are food and drink, air fares and any other travel expenses from the UK to Baiardo, and insurance.
