I have spent over 10 years in the learning, training and development field equipping and empowering people to realise their full potential, both in their jobs and in their personal lives.

I draw upon a wide range of experiences which includes working with a diverse range of clients and techniques and living and working in a diverse and cosmopolitan area.

I have studied for the Certificate and Diploma in Life-Coaching (Newcastle College) and have also gained an MA in Human Resource Management.

I enjoy working with clients to find practical solutions that will enable you to identify and meet your objectives and goals. I enjoy meeting clients face-to-face and also provide a telephone coaching service for your convenience.

My relationship with each client is unique and built on confidentiality, with openness honesty and respect integral to our communications.
